Do you sell Creek Water at the Slumerican Made Flagship Store?

Unfortunately, we cannot sell Creek Water in-store because we do not have a liquor license. However, you can purchase it online by following the "Creek Water" link above.

Can I send in an item to get it autographed by Yelawolf?

Due to overwhelming demand, we are unable to accommodate such requests. The best way to go about this is to attend a meet and greet or store event.

Why can I return the vintage item I purchased?

All vintage items are final sale. Feel free to request specific measurements or ask questions prior to purchase.

I paid for priority shipping, it's been several days and I still haven't received my package. Why is this?

We do our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner. However, we do not ship on Sundays, Mondays and Holidays. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

My order was incorrect. How can we fix this?

How can I exchange an item for a different size?

I placed an order online but I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Reach out to us at support@slumerican.com ASAP and we will do our best to assist you with your order. However, once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

My order included a pre-order item. When will my order be shipped?

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

I ordered something from Slumerican Ballmart but have not received my item. Who should I talk to?

Slumerican is no longer affiliated with the Ballmart site. We are working on taking it down. If you have any questions regarding orders placed through Ballmart please contact them here.
